Today I will share you the secrets of losing weight and maintain your BMI (Body Mass Index) . There are some food that will promote weight loss and will regulate the metabolism naturally, other are rich in fibre and will keep you fuller for longer. These food produces L-carnitine, an amino acid produced by liver that regulates metabolism, reduces triglycerides (high triglycerides can raise your risk of heart disease)  and increases the level of good cholesterol. Combine these food with some walking, jogging or exercising to achieve your goal 
 

1) Eggs 


Full of protein this breakfast will keep you full for longer and so will help in weight loss.







2) Oatmeal

This food id rich in fat soluble fibre and requires a lot of calories to break dowm.
