Hi Friends,

We all know that oats are very good for health. It lowers bad cholesterol (beta-glucan's in oats lowers bad cholesterol)  in the body and good for heart's health. It's soluble fibre digests slowly so keeps us fuller for longer. FDA suggests that 3.0 grams of soluble fibre daily from food may reduce the risk of heart diseases. Oat protein is nearly equivalent in quality to Soy Protein , which WHO (World Health Organization )  research has shown to be equal to meat, milk, and egg protein.

As Oat is so beneficial for health so we decided to add it in our 'Over The Counter Recipes' . People doesn't like oats due to it's taste (especially Indian's ). There are some flavored Oats available over the counter which would be healthy as well as quick breakfast option.

Our Experience -

This is a good breakfast option. This is the only salty flavor available in Oats (I didn't find other salty option (Homestyle Masala) in the super market in flavored category). This  has tangy lemon taste with capsicum  which tastes good. I think the quantity is small if taken alone in the breakfast but yes you can take it together with other healthy options like milk , eggs etc. This is the good ready to cook option in the morning and can be prepared very easily in microwave or gas directly. I had to add little more salt according to my taste but it depends on the individual's need. A must try for the people who wants to get a healthy breakfast in the morning as oats are very beneficial for your health.

Our Experience -

This is a good breakfast option. This is sweet and have kesar flavor with kishmish in it. I loved it. I had added some more sugar (A little unhealthy) and had it cold..  Include it in your breakfast menu and have it cold or hot according to your taste. As summer is at it's peak i love everything in cold. This is the good ready to cook option in the morning and can be prepared very easily in microwave or gas directly. A must try for the people who wants to get a healthy breakfast in the morning as oats are very beneficial for your health.

Our Experience -

This is again a good breakfast option.  Sweet in taste with strawberry flavor and real apple pieces (which are actually very small to identify but gives good flavor, you can see apple pieces in the picture). I liked it but not much as I am not the fan of strawberry flavor (although, I love it as a fruit). I had to add some more sugar (A little unhealthy) and again had it cold. Include it in your breakfast menu and have it cold or hot according to your taste. I will prefer cold in summer and hot in winter. I did not like one thing though that they have not added natural strawberry in it instead they are giving it color with the beetroot powder and using strawberry flavor for flavoring .  So don't expect a bit of nutrition from strawberry in it. This is the good ready to cook option in the morning and can be prepared very easily in microwave or gas directly. A must try for the people who wants to get a healthy breakfast in the morning as oats are very beneficial for your health.
