HEALTHY  FRENCH TOAST (VEG) RECIPE FOR BREAKFAST 

Hi friends,
                       I am here with my first healthy recipe for breakfast. I and my husband are not a big fan of oats but knowing it's health benefits cannot help myself from trying one or the other way to include it in our diet. Today I had this in breakfast after my yoga session and my husband too didn't feel sad having it after gym.  So here is the recipe.  Do try it at home and help others too in staying healthy by sharing it.                                      


                                                   
INGREDIENTS

Brown Bread                                        4 Slices 
Sooji  (Semolina)                                  2 tsp
Paneer  (Grated)                                  75 gm or 1 Tbsp
Oats                                                      2 Tbsp
Salt                                                       To Taste
Garam Masala                                      a pinch
Garlic Paste                                          1/4 tsp
Ginger Paste                                         1/4 tsp
Olive Oil (Or any other                          1 Tsp
oil of your choice)
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)       1 Tsp
Yoghurt                                                  2 to 3 Tbsp
Milk                                                        to make the batter consistent
Cumin Powder                                       a little
Turmeric powder(optional)                     a pinch


METHOD
  1. In a big bowl take sooji ,oats ,grated paneer and mix them together.
  2. Now add milk and yoghurt and mix properly to make a consistent batter.
  3. Now add all other ingredients (excluding bread and oil) and mix properly.
  4. Now heat a nonstick flat pan and brush it with little oil.
  5. Now spread generous amount of mixture on one side of brown bread and carefully place it on the pan from that side.(We can place more than one slice on a pan depending upon the size of bread and space on pan).
  6. Cover it for a minute and than flip it on other side by taking out the slice carefully from pan. Leave it for half  minute and bake it on other side again for half  minute.
  7. Try it with green chutney (healthy option) or tomato sauce.
Tasty and healthy French Toast is ready.....Enjoy and do comment.....
