Few days back I read an article in a health magazine which says that the recent studies has proved the 8 GLASS RULE WRONG and I really found it true so wanted to share it with my friends also.
So friends there is no basic rule of drinking 8 glasses of water daily ( I was always curious about the exact size of the glass while following this rule ;-) . So I found an easy way and followed 3-4 ltrs water rule ). Recent studies has proved that this amount could be too low for physically active people than the desk workers like us.
Need of water changes regularly according to the physical activity we are involved in .One easy and anytime trick to check our hydration level is the color of our urine . One simple rule is
The color of the urine (yellow) is directly proportional to the dehydration level.
i.e the darker the urine the more dehydrated we are. It is more accurate measure of checking hydration than the number of glasses of water we are drinking. But above all water is always a healthy drink . So drink water and stay healthy.......
