Ingredients 


  • 2 eggs 
  • Ginger and garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Chopped onion  
  • Garam Masala (All Spice Powder) 1/4th tsp
  • Red chilli powder
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 slices of bread cut in half 
  • Little oil


Method

1) Break eggs into a wide, shallow bowl. Beat eggs, ginger-garlic paste, salt, cinnamon together.



2) Add chopped onion. Whisk until well blended. Pour into a shallow bowl.



3) Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing bread to soak up some of the mixture. 

4) Brush non-stick pan with olive oil (or use vegetable oil) medium high heat. Add as many slices of bread onto the skillet as will fit at a time. Fry until brown on both sides, flipping the bread when necessary.



5) Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.


6) Enjoy this in a breakfast or as a snack.
