What is the most ignored part in the body? Yups you got it right THIGHS. New comers are scared of doing their legs routine and most of the veterans have chicken legs. I dont know the reason why people are so scared of exercising their legs but believe me after working out your lower portion there is a complete workout satisfaction. Despite the fact that may be you won't be able to walk properly or it will pain for some days; believe me its worth seeing your thighs getting into shape.
Then lets start our LEG WORKOUT ROUTINE and get some bigger and pumped up thighs.
1. SQUATS
Warm up your legs by doing free squats. Squat is a compount exercise which strengthen your legs and improves physical fitness. Do 200-300 repetitions to warm up your muscles.

2. BARBELL BACK SQUAT
Barbell Back Squat is a lower body exercise which works on primarily on the quadriceps and secondary on the glutes, hamstrings and calves. It is compound exercise.
3. DUMBBELL LUNGES
Dumbbell Lunges is a compound exercise that works primarily your quads. It is a simple exercise and also can be done at home even without dumbbells.
4. LYING LEG CURLS
Lying Leg Curls are isolated exercise that works primarily the hamstring muscles. As this is an isolation exercise it targets the hamstring muscles more intensely.
5. CALF RAISES
Calf Raises is also an isolation exercise which can be performed in numerous ways. If you had a calf raise machine in your gym then you can perform this exercise. If you haven't then there are many options like Calf Press on Leg Press Machine, Smith Machine Calf Raise, Dumbbell Calf Raise, etc.
By following these exercises we are working out the quadriceps, hamstrings, adductors, glutes and calves muscles. So don't be afraid anymore and go on and perform these moves to get well shaped lower body.
