Hi Friends,

Today I am going to share one more healthy breakfast recipe 'BATATA POHA'. Iron Rich POHA made from flattened rice, is an easy-to-cook, nutritious snack. This recipe is easy to prepare and delicious too. Try to put lemon to the poha as Vitamin C in lemon will aid in absorbing iron from poha.
