After sharing the secrets of converting dry hair to shiny and smooth hair, we are going to take a step ahead to healthy scalp and hair. Today we will talk about oily hair, it’s remedies and some over the counter shampoos and conditioner available in Indian Market.
Oily hair is not difficult to
deal with. The first thing you should do is to go for shampoo and conditioners
made especially for your hair type. Go
for the products which contain compound like tea tree oil which is a bit drying, but
not overly dry.
Oily hair is the result of dry scalp. As the scalp dries, it
produces extra serum which makes hair oily. Sebum itself is a conditioner so
this kind of hair generally doesn’t
require any extra conditioning.
Precautions –
1) Always rinse with cold or lukewarm water thoroughly. Any soap residue will make
your hair more oily.
2) Drink plenty of water to combat any kind of hair problem.
3) Select shampoo high in sodium lauryl sulphate and low in conditioner.
4) Leave the shampoo on your hair after lathering for few minutes
before rinsing it off.
