Falsa is a much awaited fruit by many people, in the summers. It can be used to
make juices, syrups and sherbet to fight the heat and cool oneself. It has great medicinal uses as well; the fruit is astringent and stomachic. It is rich in vitamin C and is
also a good source for anti-oxidants. It’s low in sodium, low in fat and rich in Vitamin C.
Some people like eating it raw while other doesn't like it due to it's acidic taste. But here is a recipe which would be liked by both the categories.
INGREDIENTS -
False - 250gm
Sugar - half a cup
Namak - as per ur taste or u can put chat masala or jaljeera as well
METHOD -
2. Blend it in grinder with some water.
4. Pass it through a sieve, discard flesh. Add chat masala and cold water .
