                        Summer is at its fullest and water is the most healthy drink for the human being. Amount of water needed for the body depends upon the individual's body and physical activities you are involved in (Check HOW TO CHECK BODY'S HYDRATION LEVEL.......). 8 glass water rule is no longer valid now. So if you want to replace unhealthy soda with water which will help you to control your appetite and weight and increase your energy level too. So here are some tips to increase your water intake if you feel you are dehydrated.




1) Gift Yourself A Water Bottle - Gift yourself a nice water bottle. Go for a big size bottle. Smaller bottle will make you drink less water.




2) Keep the water bottle in your reach - If you are working and on desk job keep your water bottle on your table in front of  you where you can see it and reach easily. Believe me this trick will increase your water intake.Even if you are working at home carry your water bottle with you whenever you move from one room to another , specially in the kitchen.




3) For Travelers - If you spend most of the time traveling from one place to another carry a water bottle with you in your bag or car. If you are carrying it in your bag, keep it in the side pocket where it is easily accessible. If you are traveling by car keep the water bottle in front of you where you can see it easily.





4) Go And Fill The Water Bottle As Soon As You Finish It - Once finished never wait for the next thirst to get your water bottle filled. This is going to reduce your water intake.Filling water bottle yourself  will increase your water intake  as well as make you walk to the water supply which will add some movement to the sedentary lifestyle.






5)Don't Like Plain Water ... Spice it up -In case you don't like plain water spice it up with some natural fruit (like cucumber) or add a little artificial flavor and color to it. But add the flavor just to give it fragrance not sweetness in case you are using artificial flavor (mine is KHUS from Patanjali).







6) Don't Share Your Water , Share Soda - Don't share your water with anyone, it will decrease your by misleading you in tracking your water consumption. Instead share your soda with the partner which will decrease soda intake for both of you.

 7) Flood Yourself With Water When Need Soda - Flood yourself with chilled water whenever you need soda . This will quench your thirst as well as make the sharing of soda easy for you.
