In the process of accepting the  western culture which is influencing our living style as well as food, we are forgetting some old fashioned but delicious and healthy food from our culture.  Among apple, pineapple, mixed and cranberry juices we have forgotten our childhood favorite Sugarcane Juice. While enjoying it during my childhood I have never thought of its benefits, but it is more beneficial than any other energy drink (custom made and expensive) available in the market and is a good and natural source of glucose.




"When I saw a stall of sugarcane juice in the market today, I couldn't stop myself for ordering one from me and it was really refreshing and provided me energy to carry on my shopping after office in today's hot weather.  So I have changed my mind of writing an article on my pre-planned topic and switched to 'SUGARCANE'."
