According to the studies making changes in our lifestyle and reducing our belly fat can cure the diabetes better.  In a research, 243 people with risk of type 2 diabetes have been asked to follow the program focused on reducing fat intake, losing weight and getting more exercise.  The result was clearly noticeable.  There was an increase in insulin sensitivity in almost 71 percent of men and 58% of women.  While men's insulin sensitivity increased with reduction of belly and liver fat, women showed that their insulin sensitivity increased by reducing liver fat.


So it's time to make changes in our lifestyle to fight type 2 diabetes.  Grab your weighing machine and fix your target for this month.  It will not only make you smart and confident but fight with the diabetes too.
