Hi Friends ,

We cannot underestimate cucumber in summers. Cucumber are easy to digest and have fresh and pleasant taste. It hydrates the body in summer as it is 95% water. Try to consume it with skin as it contains 10% of the daily-recommended vitamin C intake. It has lariciresinol, pinoresinol, and secoisolariciresinol which fights cancer.  It aids weight loss and digestion , it also controls blood pressure, control diabetes and reduces cholesterol. We consume it mostly in salads.  If it is so healthy, why not to add it in other recipes to give it a refreshing flavor.

For the above reason we are going to share a recipe of a very famous and refreshing salty LASSI with a more refreshing flavor of CUCUMBER in it.  You can Serve it before or with a meal.






INGREDIENTS -

Yogurt- 2 glasses (should not be sour)
Cucumber - 2 peeled
Lime juice - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masalt - acc to your taste Crushed ice - 1 cup

METHOD -
1. Mix yogurt, cucumber and lime juice blend it till smooth.


2. Add chaat masala.


3 You can also add mint leaves for taste.




Ready to serve.

Your tasty and refreshing LASSI is ready to serve.
