I recently have started eating a fruit - COCONUT, which i didn't knew has multiple benefits for our health. Only to my surprise i found out that the coconut is to stabilize blood sugar, lowering cholesterol, healing, hydration and even replacing blood plasma in an emergency. Wow so many benefits by eating this difficult to open fruit.
